Using Our Website

• Time Until Dispatch:
  We aim to dispatch goods within 48 business hours, but it may take longer. We are not liable for delivery delays.
• Risk and Ownership:
  Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment.
• Inspection on Delivery:
  Inspect deliveries upon arrival and report issues within 48 hours. Report other issues within 7 days.

We will provide services at the agreed levels in each order.

Fees and Payment

• Payment Methods:
  Credit/debit cards (Visa and MasterCard) in AED.
• No Service to Sanctioned Countries:
  We will not trade with OFAC-sanctioned countries.
• Minors:
  Under-18s cannot register or use the website.

• Confidentiality:
  You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Taxes:
